The Uhlerstown-Frenchtown Toll-Supported Bridge is scheduled to be closed to two-way vehicular traffic 9 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. Monday, Oct. 27, and Tuesday, Oct. 28.
Motorists are advised to use the Upper Black Eddy-Milford Toll-Supported Bridge as an alternate river crossing point when the Uhlerstown-Frenchtown travel restriction is in effect.
The temporary traffic closure is needed so a Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission contractor can complete rehabilitation project work at each end of the bridge. (Note: The Uhlerstown-Frenchtown walkway remains open.)
The scheduled vehicular travel restriction is subject to change due to weather, emergencies, and other factors.
