The Commission operates an E-ZPass Department with staff trained to help customers with E-ZPass inquiries, toll bills, violation notices, and other toll-related matters.

The department is staffed 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on business days, Monday to Friday. Recorded messages may be left after-hours and when staff is unavailable. Staff will attempt to respond the next business day. Please make sure to speak slowly, clearly, and leave your name and phone number with your phone message.
In-person Customer Service Kiosks/Windows
The Commission staffs customer-service kiosks/windows in close proximity to its three interstate highway crossings — I-295, I-78, and I-80. These locations are open 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday to Fridays, except holidays. Staff can help customers with making account adjustments, correcting fees (if applicable), updating license plate and vehicle information, and addresses. Customer service agents also can assist in opening an E-ZPass account.

Pennsylvania Welcome Center

(Location is in the Pennsylvania Welcome Center on I-78 westbound approximately 2 miles west of the I-78 Toll Bridge. Keep right after crossing the bridge and proceed west into Pennsylvania. (Note: the Welcome Center is inaccessible from the two-lane highway-speed open-road toll gantry at the I-78 tolling point.) Keep right to pass an open lane of the former cash-collection toll plaza and the access ramp for the Pennsylvania Welcome Center will be immediately ahead on the right. Park and enter the Welcome Center. Proceed straight. Activate the doorbell on the wall to the left to summon the customer-service agent on duty.) - Delaware Water Gap Administration Building

(Location is best accessed from Exit 310 on I-80. Following exit ramp to roundabout at Broad Street and proceed toward commercial center of Delaware Water Gap Borough (Route 611). At traffic signal (Main Street/PA Route 611) proceed south through commercial center. Keep left to access Delaware Avenue (Y intersection) across from Deer Head Inn. Follow Delaware Avenue to the DRJTBC adminstration building parking lot on the left. Take stairs to doorway for E-ZPass customer service entrance.)
The following services are not available at in-person customer service locations:
- Customer service agents are prohibited from accepting payments of any kind.
- Customer service agents do not provide E-ZPass transponders.
Note: Customers can make credit card toll payments at I-80 and I-78 kiosk locations.
Materials motorists should bring to a kiosk/service window location:
- For a TOLL BY PLATE bill or toll violation —
- A copy of the toll bill or violation notice
- To register for an E-ZPass account —
- A valid credit card
- License plate number
- Make and model of the vehicle for that license plate
Other services: Time permitting, a customer service agent may be able to assist with looking up a billed toll transaction, including E-ZPass invoices for non-DRJTBC locations. Agents cannot handle those transactions, but they can provide a phone number for the applicable transportation/toll agency.
