The Commission has an E-ZPass Department to assist customers with inquiries about E-ZPass, toll bills, violation notices, and other toll-related matters at the agency’s eight toll bridges.

The department is staffed 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. on business days, Monday to Friday. Recorded messages may be left after-hours and when staff is unavailable.  Staff will attempt to respond the next business day.
