I-78 West on PA side of I-78 Toll Bridge -- I-78 west is scheduled to be restricted to two travel lanes (one of three lanes closed) for surveying work in the vicinity of Cedarville Road in Williams Twp., PA. 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Monday and Tuesday, July 13-14. Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution. Travel delays are not anticipated.
