REVISED SCHEDULE
Anticipated extended-duration traffic stoppages at the New Hope-Lambertville (Route 202) Toll Bridge have been revised to possibly occur during overnight hours Monday, Dec. 1, into early-morning hours Tuesday, Dec. 2.
A Commission contractor is expected to use the travel restriction to hoist and install an overhead all-electronic-tolling monotube crossbar across the highway on the bridge’s Pennsylvania side.
Traffic in each direction could be paused for more than 15 minutes (maximum 30-minute duration) as a large crane lifts the steel crossbar into place atop two pre-cast concrete towers installed during mid-November.
THIS IS A TENTATIVE SCHEDULE. CONFIRMATION OF DATES AND TIMES AND ADDITIONAL INFORMATION IS EXPECTED DURING THE WEEK OF NOV. 23.
