Portland-Columbia Toll Bridge -- Flagger-controlled alternating single-lane travel is scheduled for the Portland-Columbia Toll Bridge 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, Dec. 17, to Friday, Dec. 19. The travel restriction will enable a Commission contractor to remove an old sign structure at the bridge. Motorists could encounter brief stoppages and travel delays. Motorists are urged to reduce speeds, exercise caution, and follow flagger instructions.
