The Easton-Phillipsburg (Route 22) Toll Bridge is scheduled to be reduced to single lanes in each direction between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. on Tuesday, July 28, and Wednesday, July 29.
The travel restrictions are needed so Commission maintenance personnel can clear debris from drainage inlets along the bridge’s roadway deck.
Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution when traveling through active work zones.
The scheduled lane closures (one of two lanes open in each direction) are subject to change due to weather, emergencies, and/or other factors.
