LOWER MAKEFIELD, PA – A series of lane closures and alternating single-lane travel patterns controlled by flaggers is scheduled to be implemented in the vicinity of the Taylorsville and Woodside roads intersection in Lower Makefield tomorrow, the Delaware River Joint Toll Bridge Commission announced today.
The travel restrictions will enable Scudder Falls Bridge Replacement Project work crews to install sewer lines in the vicinity of the intersection between 6 a.m. and 6 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 10.
While only moderate travel delays are expected to arise on account of the work, motorists using the nearby I-295/Taylorsville Road interchange may want to consider allowing additional time to reach their destinations on Saturday.
The aforementioned scheduled travel restrictions are subject to change due to weather, emergency, traffic, and equipment/materials mobilization considerations. Motorists are urged to reduce speeds and exercise caution when travelling through project work areas.
