The New Hope-Lambertville Toll-Supported Bridge reopened to PA-bound vehicular traffic approximately 12:15 p.m. today — Thursday, Jan. 23.
A New Jersey-bound traffic detour remains in effect via the New Hope-Lambertville (Route 202) Toll Bridge one mile to the north.
The bridge’s walkway reopened Wednesday, Jan. 23. A temporary courtesy shuttle remains in operation with a single minibus at this time, but the service will end 11 p.m. Friday, Jan. 24.
The bridge had to be closed to motorists and pedestrians on Jan. 13, allowing an unprecedented structural repair to be made at the 120-year-old steel-truss bridge.
