A contractor is expected to begin field preparations on or about August 15 for a three-month-long paving/repair project at the Milford-Montague (Route 206) Toll Bridge and its approach road surfaces in New Jersey and Pennsylvania.

A firm schedule of temporary lane closures and traffic shifts is still in the works, but the work will primarilly affect motorists traveling during off-peak hours Mondays through Fridays once construction activities get fully underway.

Motorists should expect travel delays when alternating single-lane travel patterns are in effect.
