Maintenance crews are scheduled to perform overnight patching and tarring work along the New Jersey Route 1 southbound approach to the Trenton-Morrisville Toll Bridge on two nights during the week of May 28.
Motorists should expect a roughly half-mile long segment of Route 1 southbound in Trenton to be restricted to a single lane (instead of the normal two travel lanes) 11 p.m. Tuesday, May 30, to 5 a.m. Wednesday, May 31, and 11 p.m. Thursday, June 1, to 5 a.m. Friday, June 2.
Travel delays should be minor. Affected motorists are advised to reduce speeds and exercise caution whenever traveling through active work zones.
